Exchanges & Returns
Please note return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition with tags and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items not eligible for exchange or return:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Bundle items (unless the entire bundle is returned)
DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE: And don’t worry, we will always accept a damaged or defective item.
GIFTS: Items marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the receiver can be returned for store credit, or the items can be returned by the purchaser through our standard exchange and return policy.
INITIATING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To start your easy return, email us at email@example.com and we’ll reply back within 1 business day with an RMA number to include with your return.
Include your name, order#, items to return, the reason for return and if you received this as a gift.
Oh, and let us know if you’d like us to send you a preprinted shipping label. You can just pack and mail for an even easier return process! Shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
